Shipping Policy and Guidelines

We ship worldwide, standard shipping for only $5.

Standard shipping  12-16 business days.

High Heels  7-9 days.
Pillow Covers  2-4 days. 
Cloth Tote Bags  2-4 days
Leather Tote Bags and Handbags  4-6 days

Delivery Time:
US, UK, CA, AUS Delivery Time Estimates: 10-25 Days (EMS With Destination Tracking).
US, UK, CA, AUS pillow orders that have not arrived within 30 days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment. 
Other International Delivery Time Estimates: 2-4 Weeks (China Post Final Destination Tracking is Not Included).
Other international pillow orders that have not arrived within 45 days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.

Processing within 3 business days. Allow 5-7 business days for US delivery.
International - add one week.

Please add 1-2 processing days for time to your shipping estimate below.

VIVOCO is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

VIVOCO will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. 

VIVOCO reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
